At RIER, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and offer a 14-day return window for all unworn items in their original condition. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the original packaging is intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items securely in their original shipping box and include the printed return authorization form provided via email.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
